We had a great experience with R&L Dumpsters.We had a total of 4 days of continuous loading and turn around consisting of 100 loads of timbers to be hauled away. We hired their excavator with an operator, several 40 yard container loads, several of their Big Red 120 yard truck loads along with several 90 yard truckloads. They were on time and very efficient at getting the job done in within a 4 day time frame as well as working with us on their pricing to help keep our cost down to a minimal overall. I would highly recommend R&L Dumster to anyone looking for a professional and fare service !
Miriam was a delight to work with. She went above and beyond for us during the course of the project we were working on. Same day swaps and same day deliveries for first time rentals. Will definitely be using them in the future!
All members of customer service team were very professional. Miriam is very responsive to any requests. There was an unexpected situation with my working crew and amount of debris that needed to be removed. Both, Miriam and Val (main manager) were very open to discussion and finding the best solution for the problem. Dumpster exchanges were quick and easy, very well organized. Service was prompt and went exactly as they said it would. I got the 20 yd dumpster which was more than enough for my remodeling project. Throwing waste was a breeze since the dumpster had a walk-in door. Great guys, will be using them again whenever I need to rent another dumpster!
We needed to rent a dumpster after a storm knocked down a tree in our backyard. After calling around, we found R&L Dumpsters to be the best choice. Other rental companies near us gave us a base price but warned there would be additional charges based on weight that we'd only know after they took the dumpster to disposal. With R&L, we got upfront, clear pricing that included enough weight allowance for our heavy tree stumps and debris. From start to finish, I had an awesome experience with R&L Dumpsters! The first time I called, I was greeted by Ida, who answered all of my questions in a friendly and professional matter. I called a few other dumpster rental companies to compare pricing, but R&L had better pricing by far. Upon calling back, not only did Ida remember who I was, but she was able to accommodate me for same day delivery, which was super convenient. The driver made sure to place the dumpster as close to the entry, while leaving space for the dumpster's door to open up. So very pleased that I chose R&L Dumpsters!
I recently required a dumpster for a renovation project at my business, and after searching online, I came across R&L Dumpsters. This was my first time ever renting a dumpster, but they were helpful and answered all my questions when I called them. I ended up getting their 40-yard dumpster based on their suggestion. When it arrived, I thought it was too big, but they made the right call. They know their stuff!! The driver whose name is Ruben was very polite, and the whole process was straightforward. While I don’t think I’ll need to rent a dumpster anytime soon, they for sure have gained me as a customer.
We expanded our shop and had to do some minor renovations. With debris and miscellaneous scrap we had in our shop, we decided to rent a dumpster. We hired R&L Dumpster, who recommended a 30 yard dumpster. This size worked our perfectly for, as we were able to toss our everything and still had a tiny bit more room left. While their dumpster rental period is 7 days, we were done in 2. We have customers coming in and out so we called them to come and pick it up. They were here the very next morning! Overall, we had a great experience, with no hassle. If you need to rent a dumpster, give them a call, you won't be disappointed!
